Hello, fellow traveler! Thank you for visiting our website, where we hope you are able to find new information about traveling as empty nesters, solo, or with the entire family!

We are Maryellen and Bob, and we have been fortunate enough to be traveling the world throughout out last thirty-plus years together. We have enjoyed discovering the world so much, that we even raised our children overseas (even before the Internet and video chats). Since entering the “empty nester” phase, we have continued to enjoy our travels, which is why we have created this site for you.

To keep our family up to date with our discoveries, Maryellen would blog daily from the hilltops of Athens to the beaches of Bali, and soon it became a huge hit! We want to be able to share our adventures and lessons learned with anyone who was once in our shoes – a love for travel, kids have moved out, where should we go?!
